Couldn't stay longer.

The receptionist was very helpful. Hotel location is great. Metro station is very close so you can easily reach almost all city. Definitely, if I come again to St.Petersburg, I would stay in this hotel.

The last day of our staying we had to catch plane at 9:30 am. Officially the breakfast starts at 7am but we were waiting half an hour and left the hotel without it because it wasn't prepared on time.

Perfect hotel for such price. Like 2 min away from metro and about 5-10 min from Nevsky Prospekt. Really big room, clean bathroom, nice breakfast. Others complain about noise but for me everything was perfect.

In my stay at the hotel, the best aspects were the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the receptionist who assisted me with early check-in and visa application. The hotel's location was ideal, being in the center of the city and close to the metro station, making it easy to explore this city.

Everything is what I need and want.

Friendly staff - always willing to help and answer various questions about the city. Lovely room, good breakfast. Most importantly - excellent location, close to metro, 5 minutes walk from Nevsky Prospekt, the Fontanka River, there are also many good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Location and price. Clean rooms and new furniture. The hotel is in the center of the city. Breakfast included, not too much variety but enough.

The room was full of mosquitos. We has to ask in reception the special electric sistem anti- mosquitos. But it was not enough. I was three hours hunting more than twenty mosquitos

Our room at Kristoff Hotel had a beautiful view of the street and the room temperature was comfortable. When we asked for a higher temperature, the staff provided an additional electric heating. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and the city center. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the city.

It wasn't enough warm in the room

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with major tourist sites just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were cleaned everyday. I especially loved the big bathroom and the warm water with high pressure. The breakfast included in my stay was a treat, with perfect croissants that started my day off right.

All in all, everything was ok.

Towels could be better

The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with my needs. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh fruit and the option to store food in a small refrigerator was convenient. The location was perfect, with restaurants nearby and easy access from the train station. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff also left a lovely surprise for New Year's Eve, which was a nice touch.

It was all superb.
